FNC's O'Reilly targets congressman Wexler(D) Fl

Last week Bill O'Reilly on his cable TV show "The O'Reilly Factor, the No Spin Zone  did the usual cameraman in your face routine of confronting a story, this time it was a woebegone  parading as a Florida congressman apparently without really living in Florida in the legal sense?  Today his show had the camera on the local newspaper editor scrambling from the video monitor avoiding the accusation that the press there is a sham for the congressman's situation, thinking Bill is the problem. The thing with the TV guy from Long Island is that when he gets a story his targets usually pretty soon lawyer up, that's because his track record is damn good with the truth detector side of facts.  You see this congressman, is elected from a  district that is questionably not his 'legal domecile' by the fact that he uses his parents' address as his 'legal address', whereby he and his wife and children actually preside in Maryland.  Anyone who chums the system for benefits usually uses a Post Office Box address, which with the government won't get a $ 40 converter box coupon sent, not a real living abode address!   So now the ball falls to the states of MD and FL to their IRS folks to do due diligence to ascertain which state this guy really is a citizen of for political constituent relevance and tax liability?  When an elected representative takes the OATH of Office to swear to uphold the laws of the Constitution of the USA, it would also be appropriate if the governing entities and the 5th estate would ensure whether that these individuals are honest?  So has this (congressman, legal by..) fraudulently filed INCOME TAX forms in multiple states for years that are beyond just questionable?  Where does this  Wexler person legally really live?  He says he is in the process of renting a property, but what are the residency requirements for office, not precluding his previous potentially legal indemnities? In 2006 the press made a major case about then congressman Foley from Florida about his questionable sexual inuendo towards an intern, to bad mouth the opposing political party(R) to effect....does Florida have another return to election story this year?
